Welcome all to Mollie Rocker Bakery & Coffee Shop. A haven for those who enjoy legendary cake, amazing locally roasted coffee & fabulously fresh food.

we are passionate about supporting local wherever reasonably possible, providing a friendly & relaxed atmosphere and being accessible to all.

We have a dedicated children's area for those with little one (kids are the future, after all),run a weekly Mini Mollie Rocker Class where your little one gets to make, and take home a baked goody each week and also run child focused events such as interactive story telling.

Mollie Rockers was set up by me (Carmel), when I decided law was no longer my passion.  I swapped my suit for an apron and the JSB Guidelines for the Magnolia Bakery cookbook.
